It has been over 145 years since the end of Constitutional Slavery in the USA…but did it really eand???

When it comes to incarcerating its population, the United States is the world’s uncontested leader.  “Crime Pays in The USA” and is ever soaring business on the New York Stock Exchange with 2.2 million of her naturalized people behind bars.  But, since the abolishment of slavery in 1865, there is another 4.8 million Black men, women and children (ages 12 to 19 sentenced as Adults) locked up or labled on Fereral and State Papers as Felons has become a U. S. Penal staple.  Needful-to-say, these African descendants of former slaves make up more than 50% oft he US Prison Industry. Still the United States has 5% of the world’s population but a whopping 25% of the world’s incarcerated population. China comes in second place at 1.5 million and Russia comes third at 870,000.  What most US Citizens do not realized is the Courts and Penitentiaries, under the U. S. Constitution’s 13th Amendment, sanctions the only form of legalized Slavery in North America to date.
